The lack of proper ventilation in our room made it incredibly difficult to get comfortable at night, as there was no air conditioning to alleviate the heat. I was greeted with unanticipated mosquito bites after opening the window, which turned what should have been a relaxing evening into a restless night.

the bathroom amenities could’ve been better, it felt a bit basic for a 4-star hotel. also, some parts of the hotel seemed a bit outdated, like the heating, which was kinda annoying.
